Place Wellingtons at least 3 inches apart on a parchment lined baking tray. Brush the tops with egg wash for an extra golden crust. 

Medium Rare

Bake from frozen in a preheated 375°F oven for approximately 25 minutes. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. 

Medium

Bake from frozen in a preheated 375°F oven for approximately 30 minutes. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. 

Well Done

Bake from frozen in a preheated 375°F oven for approximately 35 minutes. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
