Salmon & Halibut Hand Pies

Place Hand Pies at least 3 inches apart on a parchment lined baking tray. Brush the tops with egg wash for an extra golden crust. 


Bake from frozen in a preheated 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes until the fish is cooked and the pastry is golden brown.


Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
