RECIPE: Chicken Parmesan Sub




  • 4 each chicken melts (either plain or ham & edam flavour )
  • 4 each submarine or hoagie buns
  • 4 oz basil pesto
  • 4 each mozzarella, slices
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 oz parmesan, grated


  1. Bake cutlets in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and top each cutlet with tomato sauce and mozzarella slices.
  3. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes till the cheese melted.
  4. Split hoagies in half and on both halves, basil pesto and grated parmesan and bake until the cheese melts.
  5. Place the cutlet on the bottom half and close.
