RECIPE: Chicken Parmesan Sub

CHICKEN PARMESAN SUB
INGREDIENTS
- 4 each chicken melts (either plain or ham & edam flavour )
- 4 each submarine or hoagie buns
- 4 oz basil pesto
- 4 each mozzarella, slices
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 oz parmesan, grated
PREPARATION
- Bake cutlets in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top each cutlet with tomato sauce and mozzarella slices.
- Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes till the cheese melted.
- Split hoagies in half and on both halves, basil pesto and grated parmesan and bake until the cheese melts.
- Place the cutlet on the bottom half and close.
