Using the same family recipe and methods that have been used for generations, our distinguished ham is de-boned by hand, brined, slow cooked and traditionally smoked with the skin left on, for extra tenderness and exceptional flavour. Naturally Smoked Holiday Ham
- Preheat oven to 375ºF
- Remove ham from pouch and place on a roasting pan with a wire rack. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the roasting pan.
- Cover with foil, heat in the oven for 30 minutes, remove foil.
- Increase heat to 425ºF and heat for another 20 - 30 minutes until brown and crispy.
