RECIPE: Old Fashioned Holiday Ham
Freybe's Old Fashioned Holiday Ham is built on a tradition of crafting food the way it should made - naturally. Using the same family recipe and methods that have been used for generations, our distinguished ham is de-boned by hand, brined, slow cooked and traditionally smoked with the skin left on, for extra tenderness and exceptional flavour. Enjoy serving this family-style and accompanied by your favourite side dishes.
Naturally Smoked Holiday Ham
    1. Preheat oven to 375ºF
    2. Remove ham from pouch and place on a roasting pan with a wire rack. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the roasting pan.
    3. Cover with foil, heat in the oven for 30 minutes, remove foil.
    4. Increase heat to 425ºF and heat for another 20 - 30 minutes until brown and crispy.
