
Tajima Wagyu
Tajima is the most famous of all Wagyu bloodlines. In fact, this is the same bloodline used in Kobe, Japan to raise world famous Kobe Beef. These cattle have a slower growth cycle but produce an excellent quality meat with superior marbling. For reference, all steaks have a marble score of 6 and are individually vacuum sealed, and the burgers are vacuum sealed into 4-packs.
