Netted Turkey Thigh Roast Boneless & Skin-on
Calling all dark meat fans! To create this special roast, our butchers meticulously remove the bones from 2 skin-on turkey thighs, which is then rolled and placed in tight netting. At home, we love to season the outside of the turkey with festive, warm spices, then roast the thigh in the oven on roasting pan. We recommended cooking with the netting on so it stays together. One roast is 4 servings.

1. Fully defrost the roast in its packaging in the fridge.
2. Carefully remove the roast from its packaging. Place the turkey in a roasting pan with the netting on.
3. Rub the turkey with oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Preheat oven at 325F
5. Roast for 1.5 -2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160F and let rest for 20 minutes before removing the netting and slicing the turkey and serving.
