The steaks were good, decent marbling. I bbq them at the same time.
1 was 3/4" thicker then the other which made for different cooking times.
This was a disappointment.

These are beautiful, did the first one on the BBQ, seared in a cast iron pan with garlic butter. Then Grilled it (While I basted it with the cast iron pans butter regularly) I kept the temp in the BBQ pretty low. I grilled until I hit an internal Temp of around 90-95 degrees I shut off the BBQ and let it rest in the BBQ as it cooled! Served it on a huge cutting tray. It was so good! We Fed a family of 4 and a lucky guest with 1 Tomahawk! Have another to go and I now have friends that have bought these after seeing it!
