Step 1: Thaw poke cubes.
Thawing Option 1: Remove fish from box, carefully puncture vacuum pack and thaw in refrigerator overnight on a plate. Do not thaw in refrigerator with vacuum seal intact.
Thawing Option 2: Cover sealed bag with cold water until thawed, for up to 2 hours. Package should be pliable once thawed.
Step 2: Once thawed, mix tuna with the sauce packet in a bowl. Add your additional toppings of choice, mix, and serve immediately.
Serving suggestion: Add 1⁄4 cup of diced white onion and diced green onion.
