Intercity Custom Meats - This is master butchery at its finest. Every slice of this easy-carve roast contains the perfect amount of white and dark meat. Our butchers wrap a turkey breast and turkey thigh around our *OPTIONAL* moist, fluffy stuffing. Next, the roast is wrapped netting and individually vacuum sealed. Simply roast, slice and enjoy.
*Contents of the case are all frozen . All weights are approximate.
- Fully defrost the roast in its packaging in the fridge.
- Carefully remove the roast from its packaging. Place the turkey in a roasting pan with the netting on.
- Rub the outside of the turkey with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Make sure skin-side is up.
- Preheat oven at 325F
- Roast for 1.5 - 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160F and let rest for 20 minutes before removing the netting and slicing the turkey and serving.
Ingredients: Turkey, Stuffing mix [bread crumbs (wheat), rice, dehydrated vegetables, yeast extract, salt, sugar, spices & spice extractives, herbs, colour, canola oil, silicon dioixde, molasses powder), chopped onions, chopped celery.
