Great value for products. Since the pandemic started, I have used Intercity for all my outer-aisle grocery shopping and I always have something in my freezer from them. Their items are ideal for meal prepping with most products being vacuum packed. I am always impressed by the great quality.
Easy to use website with great quality products that I cannot find else where. I found the pickup process in Richmond very easy and safe. I liked being able to book my time slot ahead of time and that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes after stopping by after work.
Fantastic customer service. I had an emergency come up and called their office and they changed my delivery date for me with no questions asked. Delivery driver was kind and when I opened the case, the marbling on the steaks was fabulous. My husband liked the tomahawk and bratwurst most, my favourite was the salmon portions. Looking forward to my next order and trying their prepared meals next.
I was recommended to ICP by a close friend who is a chef and uses their products in their restaurant. My family really liked trying their butcher bundles first so I could sample a few products before I bought the whole case. Happy to see they are donating a part of their profits to local charities like the aquarium and food bank.
Every Butcher Bundle Sold Helps Those In Need.
For every bundle sold, Intercity Packers is donating a portion of the sales to the Intercity Tip Jar, which supports individuals, families and our local communities that require access to relief funds during the COVID-19 pandemic. 100% of the funds in the Tip Jar will be donated to our program partners, including:
1. Greater Vancouver Food Bank, who have been hit with a heightened demand for providing healthy food to those in need during this pandemic.
2. Vancouver Aquarium, who are in need of funding so they can continue to care for their animals whilst staying closed to the public.
3. Vancouver Food & Beverage Community Relief Fund, which distributes funds to food & beverage workers impacted by COVID-19 who require urgent financial relief.
