RECIPE: Hot Nashville Chicken & Waffles

HOT NASHVILLE CHICKEN & WAFFLES hot oil, hot syrup, dill pickle relish
INGREDIENTS
- 4 each chicken cutlets
- 4 each liege waffles
- 4 oz hot oil
- 4 oz hot syrup
- 4 oz dill pickle relish
PREPARATION
- Bake cutlets in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes
- Warm up liege waffles for 5 minutes
- On the plate, assemble, waffle, then chicken and pour hot oil, hot syrup and top with dill pickle relish
HOT OIL
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz cajun spice
- 1 oz smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp salt
- 4 oz canola oil
PREPARATION
- Combine all ingredients in a container and microwave on high heat for 1 minute
HOT SYRUP
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz maple syrup
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (your choice)
PREPARATION
- Combine all ingredients
DILL PICKLE RELISH
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz dill pickles, dcd
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, roughly chopped
