Confit Duck Leg With King Cole

1 package of King Cole Confit Duck Leg (2 legs / 280 g)
- Bring pot of water to boil then remove pot from heat.
- Remove duck from box and place package in boiled water for 20 minutes.
- Once defrosted, remove duck from plastic, place on oven-proof tray and place under broiler for 5-10 minutes or to your preference of crisp skin. Watch this carefully to make it doesn't burn!
- Serve immediately.
