Gordon Choice - Butternut squash ravioli is a delicious pasta that fits well on any family menu as a fall offering or a vegetarian choice. Serve the butternut squash ravioli with a delicious hazelnut brown butter sauce garnished with fried sage leaves. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Use as needed and reseal unused ravioli in the original poly bag.

- Fill a large stockpot with 3 quarts of water for every pound of frozen stuffed pasta you plan to cook. Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of salt.
- Once boiling, add the ravioli one by one, then stir the water gently.
- Allow the stuffed pasta to cook, uncovered, for four to six minutes, or until they are heated through and begin to float. Remove the pasta with a slotted spoon and serve as desired.
