Cooking Instructions

A few simple ingredients rubbed on a bone-in ribeye roast make a spectacular meal. Learn how to cook a standing prime rib roast perfectly with this easy recipe.


 

INGREDIENTS:
8 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® bone-in ribeye roast
2 tablespoons coarse cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons coarse kosher salt
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon dry rosemary
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 teaspoon dry thyme leaves


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine pepper, salt, garlic and dried herbs. Rub the entire ribeye roast with seasoning blend and wrap tightly in plastic; refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove plastic from roast and place roast in a shallow roasting pan with a rack, fat-side down. Roast, uncovered, for 90 minutes.
  3. Flip roast so that fat side is now up. Continue roasting approximately 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 125°F for a deep pink interior.
  4. Transfer prime rib roast to a cutting board and let rest 20 minutes; remove twine and bones for easy carving.

Option 1 - Curbside Pickup

We offer free pickup from our location in Richmond. You will be able to pick a 15-minute pickup window at checkout between these times:

Tuesday & Thursday:
8:30AM - 12:00PM
2:30PM - 5:30PM

Saturday:
8:30AM - 12:00PM

At your selected time slot, you may park in one of our numbered spots at the front of our building. Once parked, please send a text to 604-398-4978 with your parking spot number and your name. A member of our team will then place your products in your vehicle so you can be on your way to enjoy the delicious contents of your order!

Option 2 - Contact-Free Home Delivery

We offer delivery Monday to Friday throughout the Lower Mainland, including the following cities: Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, Delta, Langley and Surrey.

Delivery is FREE if your total order is above $300. Otherwise, our delivery fee is $15.

At checkout you will be able to choose your delivery day. We will do our best to ensure your order will be delivered between 7AM - 3PM.
