Earls - Earls signature Skin-On, Boneless Cajun Chicken Breast. A specialty blend of spices creates depth and a little heat.

1. Preheat your oven to 450ºF (230ºC).
2. Drizzle baking tray or small oven pan with 1 Tbsp of Oil and place chicken skin-side down onto oil.
3. Place into the oven for approximately 15 min.
4. Flip over skin side up and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes to crisp up the skin. The internal temperature needs to reach 165ºF (74ºC) minimum.
**Option to drizzle melted Garlic Butter over the skin side of the Cajun Chicken and allow to rest for 5 min before slicing to retain juiciness and achieve perfect doneness.
